In order to commemorate the end of production of the SLS AMG, Mercedes introduced the GT Final Edition. Offered in both Gullwing Coupe and Roadster body styles, the Final Edition was largely a cosmetic package, as the cars featured the same performance figures as their SLS AMG GT counterparts. Among the most noticeable exterior changes for the Final Edition was an unpainted carbon fiber hood, the rear spoiler from the SLS AMG Black Series, and a choice between two exclusive sets of wheels. The interior also received a great deal of attention, with distinctive diamond-stitched upholstery, an exclusive steering wheel, and special silver trim around the cabin. Just 350 examples of the SLS AMG GT Final Edition were built for the 2015 model year.
