The Montego was offered in sedan and station wagon body styles and featured a range of gasoline and diesel in-line 4 engines. These cars were front wheel drive and delivered their power through automatic and manual transmission options. The MG Montego, which was a badged engineered version of the Austin Montego, was in production until 1991.
