Morris Marina (1972 to 1980)

The Morris Marina was a series of small family cars that was introduced for the 1972 model year. The Marina, also known as the Austin Marina in North America, was sold in saloon, station wagon, coupe, coupe utility, and van body styles. These rear wheel drive cars were powered by a selection of inline four engines, ranging from 1.3L to 1.8L in displacement. For Australia and South Africa, a 2.6L inline six was optional. Production of the Morris Marina lasted until 1980, when it was replaced by the Morris Ital.
