Nissan Sentra - B16 - 6th Gen (2007 to 2012)

The B16 was introduced in 2007 as the sixth generation of the Nissan Sentra. It represented a major shift in size and focus, becoming a roomier, more comfort-oriented compact sedan. It mantained the front-wheel drive configuration and was offered only as a 4-door sedan. It was equipped with inline four engines that ranged from 1.8L up to 2.5L in the sporty SE-R and SE-R Spec V trims. Available transmissions included a 6-speed manual, a 4-speed automatic, and on most trims a Continuously Variable Transmission. The B16 was notable for its increased interior space, technological features and a focus on comfort and efficiency. The sixth generation B16 Nissan Sentra was produced until 2012. Classic.com does not track any generation of the Sentra after the B16.
