Oldsmobile 88 - 9th Gen (1986 to 1991)

Oldsmobile introduced the ninth generation of 88 for the 1986 model year. The ninth generation of 88 was offered as a coupe or sedan, and was fitted with a 3.8L V6 engine. Starting in 1989, the 88 would become officially known as the 'Eighty Eight.' Production of the 9th gen 88 continued until 1991, when it was replaced by the Tenth Generation Oldsmobile 88.
