Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet - 997.2 (2010 to 2013)

The Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet - 997.2 was introduced alongside a coupe version for model year 2011 (2010 in Europe), as a more powerful version of the 997.2 Turbo, with the "S" standing for Sport. Available only with a 7-speed PDK transmission and carbon ceramic brakes along with the Sport Chrono package as standard, the engine in the Turbo S was tuned to generate an extra power output of 30 hp more than the standard Turbo, bringing the total to 523 hp. The Turbo S was Porsche's fastest production car to date at the time of its introduction alongside the 997 GT2 RS, having a 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph) acceleration time of 3.3 seconds and 0–200 km/h (0–124 mph) acceleration time of 10.8 seconds while ultimately reaching a maximum speed of 315 km/h (196 mph). Approximately 2,055 cabriolets were made, compared to 3,095 coupes.
