The Porsche Cayenne S was a variant of the 958.1 Cayenne that was introduced for the 2011 model year. The Cayenne S sat above the entry-level Cayenne 3.6, and was powered by a 4.8L V8 engine that had an output of 395hp and 369 lb ft of torque. This engine sent its power to all four wheels via an 8 speed automatic transmission. Production of the 958.1 Cayenne S lasted until 2014, when it was replaced by the 958.2 Porsche Cayenne S.
