Siata 208 (1952 to 1955)

The 208 was introduced by Siata in 1952. Built on the mechanical foundation of the Fiat 8V, it was available as a berlinetta coupe, spyder and competition barchetta. All were cars with handcrafted bodies created by coachbuilders such as Zagato, Balbo, Stabilimenti Farina and Bertone. The 208 was equipped with a 2.0L V8 engine, paired to a 5-speed manual transmission, featuring rear-wheel drive. One of its most notable variants was the Siata 200CS, which combined the same V8 engine with elegant closed or open bodies. The 208 combined luxury, Italian craftsmanship and performance. The Siata 208 was produced until 1955.
