Volvo S60 - 1st Gen (2001 to 2010)

The first-generation Volvo S60, produced from 2001 to 2010, is a driver oriented compact executive sedan launched as the successor to the S70. It offered a broad powertrain lineup of five-cylinder inline petrol engines from 2.0 to 2.5 liters delivering between 140 and 250hp (later a 300 hp twin-charged variant), a 2.4 Liter turbo diesel D5 producing up to 185hp, and a 2.4 Liter bi-fuel CNG/LPG engine at 140hp, mated to five or six speed manual or automatic gearboxes, with an AWD option introduced in 2001. Model levels ranged from the standard T5 to the high performance S60 R launched in 2004.
