This custom 1965 Chevrolet Corvette StingRay is powered by a 5.7L LS6 V8 that sends all power to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. The exterior has been painted Atomic Orange, and the interior is trimmed in black leather upholstery. This custom Corvette features an SR3 chassis, C5 suspension upgrade, Dana 44 rear end with 4.10 gears, Wilwood and Z06 disc brake upgrades, along with headers, power steering, and an electric cut-out switch mounted in the glove compartment. A modern AC system was also installed, and a list of other modifications can be found below. The car was purchased by the current owner in 2018 from the John Staluppi collection. The odometer reads 1,777 miles, but the true mileage of the vehicle is unknown. The car is located in Florida.

The third-party photos of the vehicle were taken after the inspection of this unique Corvette, and represent the car well in its current state. The inspection reports bubbling in paint on the hood; however, this has been corrected and is displayed in the photos. The inspection also notes that the sound system is not fully functional. This custom Corvettes unique drivetrain is said to be in good working order, and the condition of the black leather speaks for itself in the photos and inspection. The car comes with a car cover and two sets of keys.

About the model

The Corvette (C2) is the second generation of the Chevrolet Corvette sports car. The C2 generation was introduced for the 1963 model year, and was available with a raft of V8 engine options. In addition to the numerous factory variants, the C2 is commonly used as a platform for Custom creations. The second generation of Corvette was in production until 1967, when it was replaced by the Third Generation Chevrolet Corvette (C3).
