The Corvette (C2) is the second generation of the Chevrolet Corvette sports car. The C2 generation of Corvette was introduced for the 1963 model year, and was available with a raft of V8 engine options denoted here by Displacement/Horsepower: 327/250, 327/300, 327/340, 327/350, 327/360, 327/365, 327/375, 396/425, 427/390, 427/400, 427/425, 427/435, L88 427/430, and Z06 327/360. In addition to the numerous factory variants, the C2 is commonly used a platform for Custom creations. The second generation of Corvette was in production until 1967, and was replaced by the Third Generation Chevrolet Corvette (C3).
