What’s special about this listing
My father purchased this truck used in 1972. I inherited my father's truck when he passed away. He loved this truck, and was a good mechanic. He would teach me what I could safely learn as a young child. The previous owner kept all maintenance records. No evidence that the truck was involved in an accident, low mileage. I took it to Loper's with strict instructions to rebuild my engine and have all other systems looked over. 400 Turbo rebuilt again in 2022 and has receipts. The same shop rebuilt it in 1998, and only rebuilt it to have the transmission last 20 more years.
• Original Drum Brakes.
• Needs front-end ball joints and bushings
• An Edelbrock carburetor was recently rebuilt in 2024 after finding out that the gas tanks are still dirty and need to be cleaned or replaced. The new and main tank is not original and can only hold 20 gallons. The other 2 are not factory manufactured
• It did have factory-installed AC, which was one feature my dad wanted here in Phoenix.
• The electronic fuel pump is fairly new and has a receipt. electronic distributor.
• Master cylinder installed Dec 2024.
• All maintenance since 2022, I have records and receipts.
I am in Phoenix while the truck is stored in Sierra Vista. Also have a title loan.
