1973 GMC K1500

Due to age & health related issues I’m selling my 1973 GMC CK15 4X4 short bed! This is the first year of the 3rd generation square body design, that would become the longest running series(14 years) in GMC truck history. America agrees that GMC did something right with this series!
This truck is a beauty! It was a frame off restoration 7-8 years ago, & has been garaged since then. This truck has no rust, and it starts, runs, shifts & stops as it should. Most wear components have been changed out! This Sierra Grande 350ci small block with 4bbl Rochester carb is as reliable as it is beautiful, and the TH350 transmission is bulletproof! It can easily be an everyday driver, although I’ve driven it sparingly. Some of its new parts include:
New exhaust system, radiator, fuel pump, window seals(front& rear), brake booster & master cylinder, drums & shoes, rotors, pads & bearings, ignition system, shocks, u-joints & too many other parts to name. I could go on & on!
The paint & interior are beautiful, but not show quality. This is as good as a 52 yo truck can run & look. I challenge anyone to find a comparable truck for its year. She is rust free & arrow straight. My latest work on her includes: fluid changes for diffs front & rear, engine & trans, & transfer case. I also did an awesome wax job on her!
Items not working properly:
A/C does not blow cold & radio not working!
I’m including an in box GMC radio for this model truck.
