Looking for someone to finish this classic restoration project. Due to an unforeseen job relocation, I no longer have the time or space to put the finishing touches on this renovation. The vehicle is in outstanding shape and only requires a few more steps to complete.
I have invested over 60K to correctly restore this International Scout using certified mechanics and professionals. I have kept everything that I was able to keep original while updating to modern conveniences. I understand I am losing a significant investment and amount of money, but it is the time to pass this on to someone with the time and passion to take care of it.

Original International Harvester inline 4 cylinder, 196 cubic inch (3.2L)
Manual transmission (the only way to go!)

What has been completed:
• Full frame restoration, power sanded, primed and painted a darker green color
• New steel front and back bumpers
• Roll bars purchased and installed
• Brand new shoulder seat belts installed
• New black soft top
• New vintage-looking modern Bluetooth radio
• New speakers, rear speakers and bass speaker installed
• New brakes with stainless steel brake lines
• New carburetor
• New wheel bearings
• New muffler
• New full wiring harness and hoses
• New ignition coil and new battery
• New fuel gauge, fuel gauge circuit board, fuel tank, and gas line

What remains to be completed:
• Recover the interior seats
• Fix gas gauge wire (gas gauge does not move. Gauge, circuit board, fuel tank and gas line replaced but steel wire needs to be replaced)
• Install brand new air cooling and heating air conditioner (unit is brand new, still in the box and comes with the vehicle sale. Just needs to be installed)
• Remove some rust around wheel locks (original International Scout rims)
