What’s special about this listing

I am reluctantly selling my 1984 Dodge Rampage. It has a 2.2 litre 4 cylinder engine with a 3 speed automatic transmission with only 69,500 original miles, P/S, P/B, A/C. I have just finished a 3 year total rebuild on this vehicle. Every nut, Bolt, and screw was removed and either refurbished or replaced. Many of the parts were updated with parts from a 1986 Dodge Shelby Charger Turbo including: front end turbo hood, fenders and 2 headlight Shelby front facia with aluminum impact bar and lower air dam and fender side skirts, Shelby heavy duty 5 lug front and rear wheel hubs, front and rear heavy duty brakes, Struts and springs, 15 inch 5 lug Shelby alloy wheels , ground effects in front and rear (side ground effect were fabricated using 2 sets of Shelby side skirts), Exterior body was completely disassembled and stripped to metal. floors and door interior sheet metal was coated with POR 15 to prevent any rust or corrosion. This truck is completely rust free.
New parts that have been replaced are:
Paint
15 inch Tires
Shelby Alloy rims were stripped, cleaned and polished and clear powder coated

As you can see from this list pretty much everything has been done to this vehicle.
It runs and drives as it did when new and should be good for another 42 years.
Everywhere I go with it I get thumbs up. They only produced these for 3 years and made 37,401 of them, most of them rusted into the ground or wore out long ago.
I have been restoring cars for 55 years, have my own shop and have done 473 vehicles in my life but I am dealing with health issues and am no longer able to turn wrenches any more. I have owned 7 of these in my life and this was my last project that I built for myself but I need to thin down the stable. I have over $10,000 invested in this Rampage not including my many hours of labor.
If you are looking for a nice collectible car that you can drive or take to a car show then this is the one for you but be warned that you will have to put up with lots of attention and people honking, giving thumbs up and admiring it.
If you have a garage to store it in Hagerty will insure it for $10,000 for about $200 a year. It averages about 25 mpg so it is also economical to drive.
and simple to maintain.
I do have the Dodge Factory service manuals and original Dodge Sales Brochures for it and a file full of the receipts too.
I am asking $9995. for it. If you are interested please give Bob a call. She was a labor of love and I just want her to go to a good home.
I dont have to sell it so low ballers and scammers need not call and I don't need any trades as my shop is full of vehicles.
Thanks for your interest.
