1984 Volkswagen Jetta

This has been a labor of love for the past several years. Selling because it’s finished and I want to focus on my other VWs.

AAZ 1.9 turbo(T3) IDI diesel engine; full teardown rebuild, pistons .010 os. @440k miles about 1 year and 10k miles ago.

Replaced the stock 4 spd with an FF code 5 spd transmission.

Bilstien B4 shocks all corners
TT weighted short shift
USRT shift arm bushing/housing (shifting is very nice, best of all my mk1s)
Blaupunkt Bremen SQR46 radio, looks period correct yet with modern convenience.  
All speakers replaced, and a subwoofer under DS seat (amazing sound and has Bluetooth and hands free calling)
Wireless phone charger in the catch tray
Sound deadening mat added, doors, trunk, hood.

Injection pump, injectors rebuilt/ tuned by Giles Performance

Hella ecode headlight lenses and LED bulbs 

Tint on all windows including windshield to preserve the crack free dash. 

Refinished GTI snowflake wheels with new tires
