CURRENT MILAGE IS 156,800 AND WAS KEPT IN A GARAGE FOR ABOUT 18 YEARS

A. EXTERIOR/INTERIOR FEATURES
• Van is a “short wheel base” as opposed to a “long wheel base”. The latter has more space between the back of the rear seat and the rear door vs the former.
• Body is in very good condition but needs repainting as original paint is fading
• Bumpers in very good condition. Rear bumper has a trailer hitch attached
• Except for the front windshield, glass is in very good condition. Front glass has two small chips which have been repaired
• Seals around doors and windows are in poor condition. Need replacing
• Except for the driver’s side door all door locks work
• Driver’s side window regulatory has been replaced but does not work well. It was replaced by a used regulatory as an OEM part was not available from Dodge
• Middle and rear carpets are original and in fairly good shape. Those were covered for the life of the vehicle. Front carpet is not original and is in fair to poor condition
• Except for the driver’s side seat all fabric is in good shape except for a small tear on the middle seat and a small tear on the top of the rear seat
• Front ash tray is cracked as well as the glove box
• Dashboard is in fair to good condition
• One seal which connects ceiling panels is missing, otherwise ceiling is good
• One rear ash tray is missing
• Original radio was replaced with a radio/CD player and works. Original antenna was replaced
• Tires are in very good condition

B. SYSTEMS
• Transmission was overhauled/rebuilt on 7/21/22 (Earl’s Transmission Service)
• Replaced valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket on 10/31/22 (Southland Dodge)
• Replaced shocks/mounts on 10/31/22 (Southland Dodge)
• Performed brake service on 8/1/22 (Chabill’s Tire & Auto Service)
• Replaced radiator, hoses, thermostat & housing on 4/22/24 (Auto Center, Inc.)
• Perform major tune up and replaced computer on 11/29/22 (Auto Center, Inc.)
• All lights/signals/horn/wipers operate
• A/C does not work
• Heater does not work
• Cat Convertor needs replacing
