This is an exceptionally rare car that is in need of a restoration. NEEDS RESTORATION. Bring a trailer.
Only 502 were made. We inherited this from a +40 year Mercedes mechanic. The car was shipped over from Europe and we have much of the original paperwork in German. Car has 106k miles. The dash is in kilometers and reads 170,848.
The car was not street legal in the US at the time. The car was vin swapped to a 1987 190E so it could be tagged and driven. We have the original vin plate and the firewall number prove it’s a true EVO. I have had two independent shops verify the car. Just letting you know that the title will need to be addressed.
