8000 Mile , 2 owner, 1992 RS Camaro
Purchased brand new in 1992 for his wife Nancy, from Turpins Chevrolet-Oldsmobile of Geneseo, IL. It came in Polo II Green Metallic, with a grey cloth interior, auto trans with overdrive and slew of other options. She drove it just a little before she handed the keys back to her husband because she felt it was too powerful. So, over the last 32 years it has been driven only 8700 miles. The husband would start her up and drive her at least a few times a year, even if only a couple miles.
Realizing that the car was primarily sitting in his garage, he decided to sell her on just over a year ago.
The current owner brought her east to CT and promptly dug into making the car fresh by mounting new tires (BFG Radial T/As in 215/65/R15 all the way around), doing a complete tune up, (all fluids, spark plugs, filters, greased, etc.), new Die Hard battery, new water pump, new belt, new tensioner, new hood and rear deck lid pistons, new hoses, he removed the stock 2:73 gears and added 3:23 gears with a posi.
All the original parts will come with the car too if the buyer desires.
The original window sticker (also included) shows a well optioned RS Camaro:
The 170 HP/255 TQ 305 V8 ( throttle body injection) moves that power through a 3 speed AT with OD, cruise control, tilt wheel, 25th Anniversary badgeing, power - tinted windows, power locks, power rear hatch (with power pull down) power brakes (disc in F and drums out back), COLD AC (recently recharged with R12), rear compartment cover, split - fold down rear seats, color coded mats, AM/FM/CASS stereo, intermittent wipers, HD battery, rear window defogger, color coded side mirrors, FE1 suspension w/dual stabilizers, among others.
Everything works as it should.
Now with just under 9000 miles (8937 to be exact), this car presents as nearly brand new.
There are two small rubs, one on the passenger side mirror (possible for it to be buffed out, but more likely will need some touch up paint and color sanding before the buffing) and on the front air dam that has already been touched with some of the supplied color matched touch up paint.
The interior is also like brand new, the headliner was replaced after the original one suddenly dropped onto the current owner's head after a particularly humid day out at a car show. There is no wear seen anywhere and reportedly, no one has ever been in the back seat.
The same goes for everywhere else on the car. Under the hood, clean, immaculate, no corrosion. The undercarriage can be eaten off of as well, the dealer applied undercoat is still black, it hasn't yet faded.
This car is a true time capsule that is nearly new and can be enjoyed immediately, the current owner taking care to bring her completely up to date on her shots.
She starts right up, idles super smooth, accelerates very nicely and feels just a bit better due to the new gears set, handles great, brakes stop her on a dime.
No need for a DeLorean, just slide in behind the wheel of this 1992 RS Camaro and be transported back in time.
The owner had a chance at purchasing a very nice 56 Chevy, jumped on it and now needs to move this great car on to a new home as he doesn't have room for the two cars.

Thank you for the interest!
