This modified 1994 Porsche 911 Speedster has just 56,114 miles and is powered by a 3.6L flat-six air-cooled engine that sends power to the rear wheels through a four-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission. The body has been modified in the style of a “Strosek” speedster, which wears a brilliant shade of Horizon Blue Metallic and is paired with black leatherette racing-style seats. About the model

The Porsche 911 Speedster was a special variant of the Porsche 964 that debuted in 1993. Following in the footsteps of the 3.2 Liter Speedster, the 964 Speedster was built in a distinct convertible body style that echoed the famous Porsche 356 Speedster. These new Speedsters were created to be focused drivers cars, while maintaining some of the civility of more "standard" 964 variants. Most were produced with the standard Getrag 'G50' 5-speed manual and a few with the 'Tiptronic' 4-speed automatic. Although Porsche originally planned to build 3,000 examples of the 964 Speedster, by the end of production in 1994, only 936 had been created.
