The Austin A70 was a family of mid-size cars that debuted for the 1949 model year. The A70 was mainly offered in a sedan body style, but pickup, estate (station wagon), and convertible bodies were also built. These cars were powered by a 2.2L inline four engine that sent drive to the rear wheels through a manual transmission. Production of the Austin A70 ended in 1954 when it was replaced by the Austin Westminster.
