In 1936, BMW introduced the 329, which was the follow up to the 303-based BMW 319. The BMW 329 was almost identical to the 319 it replaced, except for the front fenders and bodywork, which were sourced from the BMW 326. Unlike other 303 Platform cars, the BMW 329 was only available as a convertible. BMW 329 production run ended in 1937.
