The Daimler X300 was a luxury sedan that had a short production run, lasting only three-year from 1994 to 1997. The X300 featured the same chrome found on the Sovereign model plus chromed side mirrors and door handles; making it the highest-level trimmed model. As for powertrain it featured the new AJ16 engine, based on the AJ6 but with revised pistons, coil-on-plug distributor-less ignition, new engine management systems and magnesium alloy valve covers.
