The BMW M240i xDrive was a sporty all wheel drive variant of the F22 2 Series that went on sale for the 2017 model year. The M240i xDrive was built in both coupe and convertible body styles that featured slightly more aggressive bodywork. These cars were powered by BMW's B58B30 engine, which was a turbocharged 3.0L inline six that had an output of 335hp. Both a 6 speed manual, or 8 speed automatic transmission were offered, with drive going to all four wheels. Production of the BMW M240i xDrive ended in 2021.
