Chrysler Town & Country - 1st Gen (Pre-War) (1941 to 1942)

Chrysler introduced the Town & Country for the 1941 model year. While the first generation of Town & Country was built until 1950, the generation is divided into Pre-War and Post-War. The pre-war generation was available exclusively as a four door "woodie" station wagon, and was only offered in 1941 and 1942, and was fitted with a 4.0L inline six engine (enlarged to 4.1L for 1942). The pre-war generation of Town & Country was in production until 1942, and was replaced after WW2 by the Post-War First Generation Chrysler Town & Country.
