Ford Fiesta (1977 to 2023)

The Ford Fiesta is a series of superminis that were first introduced in 1976. Over the course of production, the Fiesta has been offered in a wide range of body styles, but the model is most well known for its hatchback variants. While the model had been built continuously since 1976, it has predominantly featured in European and other worldwide markets. From 1981 until 2008, the Fiesta was not offered for the North American market. During its lifespan, the Fiesta was built in seven generations: Mk1 (1977-1983), Mk2 (1984-1989), Mk3 (1990-1997), Mk4 (1996-2002), Mk5 (2003-2008), Mk6 (2009-2019), and Mk7 (2018-2023). The majority of Fiestas built were standard, simple transport, but Ford also produced a range of notable sporty variants, including the XR2, RS Turbo, and ST. In addition to those variants, Ford actively participated in a variety of motorsports using the Fiesta as a Race Car. Production of the Ford Fiesta ended in 2023.
