GMC A Series (1939 to 1940)

The GMC A Series was a family of trucks introduced in 1939. The A Series was an upmarket version of the Chevrolet Master trucks, and was built in two main versions, AF and AC, with AF variants being cab over engine trucks. The AC was offered for a variety of uses, but was mainly available as a pickup or panel van. A 3.4L inline six engine was used for the A Series, which was built until 1940, and replaced by the GMC C & E Series.
