Aston Martin Virage (1990 to 2012)

The Virage name first debuted for the 1990 model year, serving as the replacement for the Aston Martin V8. The First Generation Virage featured a 5.3L V8 engine and was built in coupe and 'Volante' convertible body styles. These cars were built in a range of variants and evolutions, including a special factory Works conversion that enlarged the engine to 6.3L. Production of the original Virage lasted until 2000, when the name was discontinued and the model was eventually replaced by the Aston Martin Vanquish. For the 2012 model year, Aston briefly reintroduced the Virage name for a mid-level model. This short lived rebirth of the Virage name was known as the Second Generation Virage.
