The Ford Mustang Mach 1 was a variant of the 6th Gen Mustang that debuted for 2021. Continuing from the 4th Generation Mustang Mach 1, these cars featured unique styling, performance, and collectibility. Both trim levels, the Mach 1 MSRP of $54,000 and the Mach 1 Premium of $54,095, were only offered as a coupe. Exterior features include LED signature lighting, unique front and rear lower fascia, an optional unique rear spoiler, and stripes with Mach 1 graphics. Interior amenities included a 12" LCD gauge cluster, dark aluminum trim, leather-wrapped steering wheel, Mach 1 badges with unique chassis numbers, push-button start, and branded sill plates. Power came from a "Coyote" V8 with 470hp when new, featuring an open-air induction system, oil cooler, and active valve performance quad exit exhaust. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission and a Torsen rear differential. Suspension components featured Magnaride dampening, and electronic power assist steering with TRACK APPS stability control. The Mach 1 was slotted above the GT and below the Shelby Mustang GT500.
