Under the hood, the numbers-matching L46 350 V8 remains at the heart of this machine, originally rated at 350 horsepower, making it one of the last high-compression engines before emissions regulations began to take effect. However, this example has been tastefully upgraded with an LT1-spec camshaft and intake manifold, ensuring even more exhilarating performance. The factory Muncie 4-speed manual transmission puts full control in the driver’s hands, while a Hurst shifter hides beneath the original shift knob for a touch of added precision.
Cooling has been significantly improved with a Dewitt aluminum radiator and dual electric fans, ensuring optimal temperatures even with the air conditioning running.
