The Alfa Romeo 1900 is a series of cars produced by Alfa Romeo starting in 1950. Alfa 1900 cars were fitted with a 1.9L inline four engine, although later 'Super' and 'TI Super' variants were offered with a 2.0L version. The 1900 was a car that brought many firsts for Alfa Romeo, such as being the first Alfa to feature a unibody chassis as well as the first Alfa offered in left hand drive. The 1900 was offered in two body styles, Sprint (coupe) and Berlina (sedan). From its inception the Alfa 1900 was intended to be used by coachbuilders to create their own versions, so it is common to find many coachbuilt body styles that were never offered by the factory, many of which are built on the shortened 1900C chassis.
