About this 2006 BMW M3

VIN: WBSBR93426PK11727

What's right - well maintained, never abused, no accidents, vanos repair complete, drives wonderful. All repair records available. Originally a CA car w/emissions, then I bought it in TX. Never seen salt, so rust-free.

What's wrong - seat and gearshift wear, windows need retinting, top needs a one-finger nudge as it retracts (maybe low on fluid?), clearcoat on the little painted piece behind the top (not metal) has issue...that's it.
I LOVE the car, but I don't drive it much anymore, and I need the garage space.
