Ford Country Sedan (1952 to 1974)

The Ford Country Sedan was a series of station wagons introduced for the 1952 model year. The Country Sedan was always available as a full size four door model, representing the mid-range Ford station wagon. Initially, the Country Sedan was offered as part of the Customline family, but later in its life it was based on the Ford Galaxie. The Country Sedan was fitted with a range of inline six or V8 engines, and was in production until 1974, during six generations: 1st Gen, 2nd Gen, 3rd Gen, 4th Gen, 5th Gen and 6th Gen.
