Porsche 911 - 993 (1994 to 1998)

Introduced in late 1994 to replace the 964 generation (1995 model year for the US), the Porsche 993's have become highly sought after given their characteristic as the last of the air cooled Porsches. As with most Porsche series cars, they are available in multiple variants including the naturally aspirated Carrera, Carrera S, Carrera 4, and the Carrera 4S, along with several 993 Turbo versions as well. From a collectors perspetive the most sought after sample in the 993 series is the Porsche 911 GT2.  At more reasonable price points, the Carrera S and the Carrera RS can be of particular interest given their low production volume and unique performance characteristics.
