The Dodge Second Series was a family of trucks introduced in 1933. The Second Series was the first new range of trucks introduced by Dodge since their acquisition by Chrysler, and the most notable change was the use of Chrysler engines instead of Dodge powerplants. Over the course of production, 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, 1 ton, and 1 1/2 ton versions would be produced. Dodge built the Second Series until 1935, when it was replaced by the Dodge Fore-Point Series.
