The W211 sedan was part of the third generation of Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Introduced for the 2003 model year, the W211 sedan featured a variety of inline four, V6, and V8 engines during the course of its production, and was available with optional 4MATIC four wheel drive. The W211 sedan featured a range of variants, including the E240, E320, E320 4MATIC, E320 BLUETEC, E320 CDI, E350, E350 4MATIC, E500, E500 4MATIC, E550, E550 4MATIC and two top of the line AMG models, the E55 AMG, and the E63 AMG. Built until 2009, the W211 sedan was replaced by the W212 Mercedes-Benz E-Class for the 2010 model year.
